Naari Pad Bank is a people-driven initiative committed to ensuring menstrual hygiene, dignity, and empowerment for unemployed women and adolescent girls from underprivileged communities. We believe that menstruation should never be a barrier to health, education, or self-confidence, yet many women and girls continue to suffer due to lack of access to affordable sanitary products. To address this issue, Naari Pad Bank offers membership at just ₹5 to unemployed women and girls. Upon registration, each member is given a membership card, which they must bring every month to collect their free supply of sanitary pads. This ensures a sustainable, trackable, and community-based solution to menstrual needs.
